The Victoria Chess Club rating system ranks chessplayers in Victoria area chess tournaments. The system is similar to that used by the CFC and other organizations but includes blitz, active, and slow results in the same rating. It's treatment of unrated players and the assignment of performance ratings is somewhat different than what is usually used.
